Leak after 14 months and around 20-30 uses

I have been quite satisfied with this pump until it started to leak (around pressure gauge).
At the highest point of the season, in July 2020, I have been trying to contact Surrey Quays store and could not get through. Not even sure they are open. And the customer service is no longer picking up calls and on Facebook did not reply to my query within 24 hours.

    Fantastic pump

Had this pump for a year. Bought to replace the stock pump that came with my SUP Brilliant pump that pumps the board up to 15psi inside 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

    Excellent Pump

Highly recommend, the fastest SUP pump i've used. This pump is just a rebranded GRI HP5 in a different colour combination, regarded as the best pump on the market. Quicker, easier and cheaper than a Red Titan, with no bung to loose. Time will tell with durability, but feels nice and solid and comes with a 2 year warranty. Probably not a pump to pack and take out on the water with you as it is quite large but if its going back in the car it's excellent. As a minor point the hose could be a bit longer, but thats being fussy. Overall very impressed.
